These terms govern your use of the Noope iOS app. By installing or using Noope, you agree to these terms.

License

Noope is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control. You may not sublicense, resell, rent, or redistribute the app.

Purchases

Noope is free to install and free to use for 3 days. A one time in-app purchase called Noope Pro unlocks the full app after the 3 day free period. All purchases are handled by Apple via the App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Noope only for lawful purposes. You will not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the app or its data. You will not use Noope in any way that could harm the service or other users.

Disclaimer

Noope is a logging and motivation tool. It is not medical advice and does not replace treatment for addiction, eating disorders, or any mental health condition. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please contact a qualified professional.

Limitation of liability

Noope is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app's developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date above. Continued use of the app after the update means you accept the new terms.
